Our Vision

Affiliate marketing is broken. Here’s how we’re rebuilding it as a modern platform anyone can build on.

37x platform stack vision

Affiliate marketing is stuck in 2005.

It’s clunky, manual, and high-friction. Most affiliate networks still operate like old-school directories.

There’s no real onboarding flow, no product thinking, and very little transparency. You’ve got to apply to each program, wait for approval, integrate and curate product feeds, install and configure plugins, manually track links, cobble together reporting… and hope nothing breaks in between.

Only the most determined creators and marketers have been able to make it work.

But even they know it shouldn’t be this hard.

Frankly, it's surprising it works at all.

The modern web runs on platforms and clean approachable APIs.

In 2025, we expect things to just work. We expect platforms to be fast, low-code, intuitive, and composable. Affiliate marketing, in contrast, still feels like an obstacle course, built for a different era.

Now imagine what would happen if the friction disappeared.

What if affiliate networks could finally operate at the speed of the modern web?

Imagine:

  • Seamless onboarding
  • Instant integrations
  • Built-in tracking, monetization, and reporting
  • Composable storefronts that scale effortlessly

Now picture the growth that would unlock, for affiliate networks, for partners, for merchants, and for publishers.

Remove the blockers, and suddenly affiliate isn't just a channel, it's an engine.

A new layer of the web, humming with opportunity.

But let’s be honest, affiliate has been a dirty word for years.

It’s the channel no one wants to talk about, even though it drives results.

Marketing managers roll their eyes.
Ecommerce directors downplay it in board meetings.
It’s seen as messy, unscalable, and not “on brand.”
But behind the scenes? Affiliate delivers.

It quietly powers billions in revenue.
It bridges gaps no other channel can.
And in an era of rising acquisition costs, it’s one of the few that still performs predictably and profitably.

Affiliate has an image issue.
But the bigger problem is the broken infrastructure it runs on.

We're building the infrastructure layer for the affiliate economy.

At 37x, we’re taking a product-first approach to reinvent affiliate marketing from the ground up. Not as a legacy channel or an ad network, but as a transparent application layer anyone can build on.

That means:

  • Instant marketplace deployment
  • Self-service onboarding
  • Low-code APIs and plugins
  • Aggregated access to every affiliate network
  • Built-in price comparison, reviews, and utilities
  • Embedded monetization from day one
  • AI built in and leveraged through a streamlined checkout agent that works across suppliers
  • Performance and analytics tracking
  • Clear, transparent traffic sources, earnings & payouts
  • First party data for publishers and merchants, treated as equals, unstoppable together.

No chasing networks. No spreadsheets. No waiting for approval emails that never arrive. No plugins. No Headaches.

First-party data is the unlock and everyone benefits when it flows.

Historically, affiliate data has lived in silos.

Publishers get fragments. Merchants get lagging reports. Networks sit in the middle, but the insights often don’t make it to the people who can act on them.

We believe there’s a better way, one that empowers everyone in the ecosystem.

At 37x, publishers and merchants are treated as equals, with full visibility into performance, intent signals, and customer behaviour.

Affiliate networks aren’t left behind, they’re part of the foundation.

By making first-party data more accessible and actionable, we help networks level up too, unlocking better optimization, attribution, and long-term partnerships.

It’s not about disruption.
It’s about connection, more trust, more transparency, and more growth for everyone.

Scale without friction. Build without limits.

We’re building a platform that removes the fear, guesswork, and blockers. We replace this with clarity, scale, and speed. Whether you're a creator, a publisher, or an established brand, 37x gives you everything you need to launch and grow your own affiliate-powered experience.

Affiliate is finally becoming SaaS. And we’re here to lead that shift.

Designed for the end user, not just the operator.

At the heart of it all, we believe marketplaces should delight shoppers, not just capture clicks.

Amazon and Google search have become noisy, pay-to-win battlegrounds, stuffed with ads and repetitive product listings. Discovery is broken and we know this firsthand.

Our team has spent the last decade inside the machine, generating billions in revenue for merchants.
We didn’t just compete in the performance marketing arms race, we won it.
But we also saw its limits. Spend kept rising, but the shopping experiences didn’t evolve.

So we’re building what comes next.

A new kind of experience: curated, browsable storefronts that feel personal, editorial, and useful.
Where shoppers can explore, compare, and discover products across multiple suppliers, with context, not just price.

These aren’t just affiliate sites.
They’re shopping destinations.

I said I’d never do it again.

After Moltin, I was done.

In 2013, I co-founded one of the first composable commerce platforms, before “headless” and “API-first” were even a thing.

Back then, we were battling monoliths and legacy platforms, trying to convince developers and brands that commerce could be modular, flexible, and built to scale.

We believed in a different future: one where businesses weren’t boxed in by rigid templates or closed systems, but could design their own experiences from the ground up.

That vision became reality.

Moltin helped define the headless movement. We joined Y Combinator, powered next-gen storefronts, and were ultimately acquired, a signal that composable commerce had truly arrived.

So yeah, I thought I was out.

Then I started working with Doug Scott, the first angel investor in Moltin. someone who’s lived and breathed affiliate marketing longer than anyone I know.

Doug founded Redbrain, Google’s largest comparison shopping partner. He doesn’t just know affiliate marketing, he lives, breaths and dreams it.

And he convinced me there was still one part of the ecommerce stack stuck in the dark ages: affiliate.

The ugly duckling.
Siloed, clunky, an afterthought.
Everyone loves to crap on it, but it ticks along driving billions in sales.

So I’m back.
And this time, we’re not just making commerce composable, we’re making monetization composable too.

This isn’t a theory.
It’s built on a decade of doing it the hard way.
All the lessons from launching Moltin.
All the mistakes. The near-burnouts. The endless calls convincing brands that APIs were the future.
All the quiet wins and the loud failures.

We’re applying every single one of those experiences to 37x.

We know what breaks at scale.
We know how fragile integrations get without a strong foundation.
We know what developers love, what product teams need, and where legacy systems fall apart.
Most importantly, we know how to build infrastructure that people actually want to use.

With 37x, we’re doing things differently from day one:

  • Product-first
  • Infrastructure-led
  • Composable from the ground up

This time, we’re not trying to convince the world it might work.
We know it will, because we’ve seen what happens when the right tools meet real ambition.

37x is everything we wish we had, built by people who’ve been here before.

Growth shouldn’t depend on outdated workflows.
It should be scalable, programmable, and accessible to anyone with an idea.

That’s what we’re building with 37x.

A Distributed Amazon. For Everyone.

At 37x, we believe marketplaces shouldn't belong to just the giants.

The days of needing deep pockets, engineering firepower, and exclusive partnerships to build something like Amazon are over. We're leveling the playing field so that creators, communities, and brands of any size can build their own commerce ecosystem.

This is a distributed Amazon:

  • Composable storefronts
  • Instant product access across suppliers
  • Built-in monetization, performance tracking, and AI-ready infrastructure

No more gatekeepers. No more tech debt.
You don't need to be Amazon to build like Amazon.

Whether you're a niche community leader, a hobbyist influencer, or a forward-thinking brand, 37x gives you the tools to launch scalable, performance-driven marketplaces. Without code, without complexity, and without compromise.

Marketplace power, decentralized.
Commerce infrastructure, democratized.
This is what affiliate becomes when it finally grows up.

If Affiliate Networks, Shopify, and Stripe Had a Love Child

It would be born with distribution in its DNA, design in its soul, and APIs in its bloodstream.

That’s 37x, a platform built not by stitching things together, but by reimagining the architecture entirely.
Where commerce, content, and monetization don’t live in separate silos, but speak the same native language.

From day one, it knows how to:

  • Route traffic across networks
  • Speak cleanly to code and creators alike
  • Handle payouts, permissions, and performance
  • Power experiences that feel connected

Not another plugin. Not another dashboard.

A new species entirely, built for the composable internet, where marketplaces aren’t an afterthought. They’re the product.

This isn’t just another ecommerce platform driving into a dead end.

We’re not another generic storefront builder fighting for scraps in a red ocean.
That race is crowded, noisy and most of it’s going nowhere.

Endless competitors, minimal differentiation, no real innovation.
You’ve got plugins like Affi.ai clinging to the WordPress ecosystem.
WooCommerce still grinding along as a Do It Yourself "solution".
Mirakl solving enterprise problems at enterprise speeds.

They all play in their own lane: niche, slow, inflexible.
None of them are redefining the space.
None of them are building the future.

At 37x, we’re not competing in their category, we’re creating our own.

We’re building the infrastructure layer for the affiliate-powered web.

A Swiss army knife for networks, merchants, and publishers.

Composable, fast, and deeply integrated.

Our platform and approach gives our partners special, unique superpowers.

AI will play a role, but it won't replace stores.

AI agents and shopping chats are emerging, but they’re often slow, generic, and transactional. They lack the context that goes into the decision making of a shopping experience. Great shopping isn’t always a Q&A session, it’s a browsable, sensory, and intent-driven experience.

We believe storefronts will continue to serve key roles, especially for considered purchases, hobbyist verticals, curated collections, and opinion-led discovery. Yes, some commodity buying will shift to AI. But most users still want to explore, compare, and connect.

37x gives creators and brands the tools to serve that behavior—with performance, personalization, and platform-native monetization built in.

Agents need structure too.

As AI agents become more common, they’ll need places to go. Structured, consistent marketplaces and interfaces where they can transact quickly and confidently.

Our marketplaces don’t just serve human users—they can serve as a consolidated aggregation layer for agents, too. One place to search, compare, and place orders across suppliers, with reliability and consistency.

Think of it as an agent on top of agents: a structured interface where automated tools can operate efficiently without reinventing the wheel for every transaction. We make affiliate data, pricing, and availability not just human-browsable, but machine-usable by design.

Leveling Up Affiliate Links With Our Agentic Checkout Bridge

The future of commerce isn’t just human-driven, it’s agent-assisted.

As AI agents become more capable, they’ll need structured, reliable pathways to complete purchases on behalf of users. But today’s affiliate ecosystem isn’t built for them. It’s fragmented, inconsistent, and full of friction.

That’s why we built the Agentic Checkout Bridge. a seamless, unified interface that allows both humans and agents to transact across multiple suppliers with confidence.

It’s more than a cart.
It’s a programmable, intent-aware layer that connects discovery to purchase, without breaking the affiliate model.

  • Works across affiliate networks and suppliers
  • Maintains attribution and payout integrity
  • Enables smart agents to find, compare, and complete orders
  • Built-in performance tracking and fallback flows
  • Ready for the next generation of shopping tools

Whether it’s a human user browsing a curated storefront or an AI assistant placing an order autonomously, our checkout bridge ensures consistency, speed, and monetization, all in one place.

This is the connective tissue affiliate has been missing.
The bridge between discovery, decision, and delivery.
